I believe therapy can help people to make big and small life changes, discover their blind spots to change patterns and live more true to self.  Therapy should be a collaborative experience and finding a well trained therapist who you feel safe with is an important first step. 

I love to help people reconnect to their authenticity, their passion and help find a way to live in the world that makes sense for them. I draw from modern psychodynamic therapy, emotionally focused individual therapy (EFIT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
